We invite you to submit an application for BNI Midlands chapter membership to lock out your competitors, upon your acceptance in the chapter. You should submit your completed membership application, along with payment, to the Secretary of the chapter you wish to join. The investment to join BNI consists of an application fee and a participation fee:

NEW MEMBERS:

Application Fee: $99
Participation Fees:
$899 for a 12 month membership,
$1,199 for a 24 month membership.
$2,999 for a 60 month membership.

Therefore, the initial investment to join BNI is $998 for one year, $1,298 for two years and $3,098 for five years.

RENEWING MEMBERS:

$999 for a 12 month renewal,
$1,199 for a 24 month renewal.
$2,999 for a 60 month renewal.

Late payments may also attract a fee of $50.

Your application will be reviewed by the Chapter's Membership Committee, and you will be notified of the status ASAP.

You may pay with VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER OR AMERICAN EXPRESS.

NOTE: Paying for your membership online does not imply acceptance to BNI. All applicants must be reviewed and approved by the chapter membership committee in order to be a BNI member.

TERMS:

Arbitration. All disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the member’s participation in BNI shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State where the applicant’s BNI Chapter is located. The Arbitration shall be subject to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. This clause encompasses any and all disputes involving BNI, its franchisee, and their officers, directors, agents and representatives.

Limitations on Liability. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, any liability to you involving BNI, its franchisee, and their officers, directors, agents and representatives for any cause whatsoever arising out of or related to this Agreement and/or membership or participation in BNI, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount of yearly dues paid by you for the membership in BNI. Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will there be any liability to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages.
